NoCap Announces Return with “Count a Million” Featuring Lil Uzi Vert
NoCap was on a path of rapid ascension in 2019, becoming known for his impressive wordplay and vocal range on his mixtape The Backend Child and its buzzing track “Ghetto Angels.” Unfortunately, his come-up was derailed by legal troubles. However, after being released this year thanks to Coronavirus, the Alabama rapper is right back to releasing heat.
On NoCap’s latest release “Count a Million,” the NBA signee returns with the expressive melodies his fans have come to expect, addressing some of his past missteps (“I done did some dirt that only god knows”) and expressing hope for the future (“I think that I could count a million with my eyes closed”). The track is supported by a strong guest verse from Lil Uzi Vert, who reflects on some of his struggles growing up in Philly.
